Thank you for excellent service. Regency Auto was highly recommended to me by other mechanics. I had wheel alignment done twice recently in another garage, which was done awfully with damage to other parts. Having it redone in Regency Autos I couldn’t be more satisfied. Technician Michael fixed it perfectly and fast with great service. My BMW7 drives again beautifully with stable steering, like new. Definitely recommend

I visited Regency Autos in June after my car failed its MOT at another garage, who were unable to carry out the repair. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Mairy at reception was very helpful and understanding, especially as my wife was pregnant and we were under a lot of stress. She made a real effort to find a solution for us. The team managed to book the repair quickly and also provided a courtesy car, which was greatly appreciated. The whole team, including Mairy at reception and the technician who repaired my car, provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Regency Autos.

I bought a service from the AA to replace four brake discs and pads at a service center. I picked up my car at 5:00 PM and set off for London the next day, Saturday morning. The car started shaking on the highway and had a burning smell. When I pulled over to a safe place and checked, I noticed heavy smoke and a burning smell coming from the left rear tire. In this completely unsafe situation, I called the AA, but because I wasn't a member, I couldn't get any help. It was ridiculous and cost me three hours off the road. This is the first time I've experienced this problem after a disc replacement. I hope the garage fixes this problem tomorrow (Monday). After all, I think the work is under warranty. Lee called me on Sunday when he wasn't working and said he'd found the source of the problem and would fix it first thing in the morning. This was an approach I never expected. It was truly professional. I'll share the results.

The mechanic shop fixed my car issue the same day, at a good price. First time trying this shop, since our longtime family and friends' mechanic moved away from Cambridge, so we're all searching for a new one. The technical service was good, but the receptionist (young lady) was a bit rude and unhelpful. When my wife dropped off the car in the morning, the receptionist seemed disinterested in her job and also a bit rude. When I collected it, she told me it was "outside", without specifying where in the large car park. After I couldn't find it and asked again (as I needed to collect my son urgently), she dismissively told me to "look around". I spent 5 minutes searching the large car park before returning to ask again, when she directed me to a different car park further away. I wasted another 10 minutes searching before returning, at which point another staff member came out and showed me where it was. This poor service made me late collecting my son, resulting in extra charges and an awkward apology at school. I know the receptionist doesn't represent the mechanic shop in general, as the technical work was good, but her lack of willingness to help caused me significant inconvenience and additional costs.
