Had our brakes replaced here in May 2024, and after less than a year and a half brought it to our regular mechanic because the brakes were noisy and having issues. The brakes were completely shot front and back. Pads down to the metal. I had to get my regular shop to replace the fronts right away to keep safely driving. Called Baje Auto and he offered to replace the rear pads free of charge and possibly the rotors. He said to come by any day the following week and he would have a look. He confirmed no need to call, just come by. As it was a decent drive for me, I did try calling on the Monday and Tuesday to let him know I'd be by on the Tuesday during business hours and no answer on the phone. So drove the 40 mins one way and while the open sign was lit up, the doors were locked. No answer on the phone. Tried a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I'm quite frustrated by the experience, and feel others should be aware . Brakes are expensive and shouldn't wear out that quickly. The shop owner acknowledged this fact. I've already had to pay for new front brakes at our regular shop - essentially paying twice for something, and it appears as though I'll need to do the same for the rear brakes. Not sure if this guy uses inferior materials or what, but reading reviews it sounds like others have had a similar experience unfortunately.

I had been hearing a strange, squeaking sound whenever I turned left or right, and especially when going over bumps 😳, in my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300. After mentioning this issue to my mom's neighbor, they referred me to Baje Auto Services. I decided to give them a try and booked an appointment on April 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM ⏰. From the moment I arrived, Mr. O'Brien and his team were incredibly professional and thorough. After inspecting my vehicle, Mr. O'Brien explained in detail that the lower control arm was the culprit. I left my car with them, fully expecting to get it back the following afternoon. To my pleasant surprise 😁, I received a call from Mr. O'Brien later that day to inform me that my Benz was already fixed and ready to go! GREAT NEWS 🗞️ and a true testament to their efficiency! Additionally, I have uploaded a photo of the worn-out lower control arm, Which truly demonstrated the source of the problem and highlighted the team's attention to detail and transparency. I couldn’t be happier with their outstanding service and quick turnaround. Baje Auto Services has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be using them for all my future car needs 🧰. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive care!

I called them yesterday with a flat tire after Cdn tire said I’d have to wait all day (leaving me stranded with 3 small kids). These guys were amazing!! Took me right away, were so sweet with my kids and the price was unbeatable. They really saved me yesterday and I’m just so grateful. Thank you!!!
