This appears to be a newer hotel. Kudos to the architect who designed the gorgeous bathroom! Bed was comfy. They are pet friendly and our pooch enjoyed the bed too. 🤗🐶 EV chargers in the parking lot. Full breakfast included. Nice pool area. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Positive: The hotel was very nice and the coffee was good along with the breakfast. Parking was good... open stalls at night. Staff was nice as well. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the amenities Negative: Location was confusing to get to because street entry was blocked and the trucking traffic was crazy. But once we figured out the way, it was not a big deal. Too many bread choices on the breakfast...maybe add a potato dish instead of French toast..cost??

I needed to decrease my 12-day stay by one day. I told the hotel on check-in, and the hotel was inflexible. I left a day early, and they charged me the full price of the room. They blamed it on Expedia. When I contacted Expedia, they said checking out a day early was okay. The hotel disputed that even when I provided a text string. I was also surprised that they charge $20.00 daily for parking when there were plentiful outdoor parking spaces. The breakfast was okay, but not as good as expected. The TV in my room kept freezing, and I had to call three times for repair. The commode was temperamental and did not always flush completely. I had to wait to flush it a second. time. I booked a suite, so my room was large, but it did not have a safe.

THANK YOU for excellent service Ms. Simone. I was checking in and found out that room I paid for has broken AC. I was in need of mobility accessible room. Ms. Simone who works at front desk assisted me and I was able to check in rather than looking urgently for another place to stay. Day time manager was very helpful too.
