I loved staying at best western up until recently I stayed with my sister. Payed 2nights. The first night I was wondering why my arms felt it was burning got up out of bed to find out I was getting bit by bed bugs. We went down to the office to only have the front desk say oh I’m sorry to hear that and move us a floor down. We went to check the next room. We wanted to leave but then we would have to pay out of pocket for another room and a deposit. The next room was alright but the whole night we could barely sleep because we was thinking there was going to be bed bugs. The next day we had to leave for work and the managers was not in. We waited all day for the managers to call us back. Nothing. Not even an upgrade or any accommodation but a move to a room down. I am highly disappointed in best western because I loved staying there. But please anyone who stays here check your bed first especially if you have kids!!! (Tried to add pictures wouldn’t let me)

This was a welcome stay after a long day of being on the road! Nice lobby with friendly staff. It is a little bit of an older hotel, but still nice. They even have security walking around and close extra side entrances after certain hours. Breakfast was decent also. I didn't have much of an appetite but everything looked good and temperatures seemed to be all adhering food service standards.

I have stayed here two times now the first time was amazing no issues what so ever and service was great. However on the second time I stayed here there were many issues. No hot water to take a shower just pure cold water. Then the next morning at 5:45am. I got locked out of my room due to the lock on the door going out. I was not able to retrieve my belonging (wallet, keys, laptop, clothes) till maintenance showed up at 7am. Luckily they had an extra room for me to stay in till maintenance showed up otherwise I wouldn't know what to do or go. While in the second room that they offered me I decided to try the hot water in that room as well and it did not have any hot water as well. I didn't get credited or anything for the inconvenience of being locked out of my room. I think next time ill stay somewhere else.

I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. I always here good things about best westerns I looked at reviews before booking and nothing seemed to bad, but once arriving it’s across from a food 4 less with “shared parking” homeless people walking around all hours of the day. Lobby looks nice but the rooms are not. I was put on the first floor and entering the building it had a bad odor once in my room I couldn’t smell it as much so I suck it up. Later at night who ever was in the room next to us tried opening our door at 1am loud music playing and sounding like they were hitting walls I had to ask for a change in room I got placed on floor 2 I thought it would be better but the room this time had an odor smelled like a dirty mop or dirty wet dog is the best I can explain. I had to sleep with the window opens able to hear all the people outside in the parking lot. So save your money do not stay here.
