We had an amazing time here! First time and we started with contrast therapy, so infrared sauna and cold plunge. The room was clean, private, and very relaxing. The equipment was top of the line! We followed this with a couples massage which was equally awesome and filled me with peace. Very well priced and wonderful value. Will definitely be returning here in the future ❤️ 10/10!

This place is amazing! The check in process was easy! I made my appointment online and had no issues! My masseuse, Karen, was amazing! She definitely knew where to find the muscles that I didn't even know hurt. I highly recommend this place! The environment was calming and relaxing. Karen took the time to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted the pressure if I was in pain.
