Look, its half the price of everyplace else.. so this review is with that in mind. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff showed it to us proudly before taking our deposit. Which was really nice. I was honestly very pleasantly surprised when we saw the room. No complaints. The ac worked. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was spotless and in good repair. Well done folks!
Positive: "" Negative: This hotel is pretty dirty. The carpet was gross. Holes in the walls had been patched but never painted. The outlet the microwave was plugged into didn't work. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and they don't have coffee after 10 am in the lobby.
The service was very good. I giving 4 stars due to the room was not vacuumed very well and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast could have been a little more choices, but I still got a waffle, which was very good. If we ever visit Indianapolis again, we will definitely try and book with you, just because of the service.
