I love the doctors here but scheduling has been inconsistent. Twice I've called to confirm appointments I've schedule in person and have found they weren't on the book; This week, I've shown up in person and was told my appointment had been rescheduled and they will be calling soon to give me the time after I both called to confirm and signed in online. I'm a working mom, so these situations aren't just inconvenient but are causing me to miss work to correct. It's frustrating.

I have recently used both the dental and Opthalmology services. I just received the BEST eye exam I've had in my 65 years. Incredible! Dental services were top notch also! I have shared this with my friends and family and they will be reaching out to get established. And yes....they take people who are working and have insurance. I have found that many people were unaware of this. 5 Stars all the way!

The Dentist Dr. Shrill, did some unexpected work without my permission. She also lied after explaining my exray pictures. I had two visit 2 other dentist offices to get the truth about my upper right/left teeth were booth cracked and had cavities….SMH. I then scheduled another appointment with her, to explain what the other two dentists seen. She claims she did not see the same thing. I advise anyone that cares about their teeth, pls do not visit this dentist office while she’s still there. Healthlinc dental office used to be amazing a few years ago. Not sure what happened.

No. Your copy and paste response of “Patient satisfaction is important to us” is NOT true-yet I’m sure I’ll still get it. First off, you work Dr Kelly like a DOG. Poor man. And every single time, EVERY visit- telehealth or at the office is a 2-6 hour wait. The telehealth ones-they literally just never even get you unless you call and beg that you’ve been waiting on your phone that’s not allowed to shut off for HOURS. That’s so disgusting and disrespectful to me, my family, dr Kelly, and anyone that sees him. To waste their time and sometimes their whole day. It happens for your other doctors too. Ive seen other patients waiting hours for other doctors while I wait. A simple system of texting/calling and letting patients know that you guys are 2 hours or six hours behind and to come later or something would save people missing WORK, FAMILY, and other incredibly important things. I have been almost FIRED for missing an entire day of work because one of you people couldn’t say “come later” he’s behind”. I miss family dinners. I spend ten hours at work to wait 2-6 hours in a freaking office. Are you kidding me..? Disgusting. Absolutely foul.
