Erin PietroMy loved one is a driver for Heartland, the most heartless company, ever! In 10+ months, I have seen him for a total of 7 days. He repeatedly asks to return to Frederick for family events, including my birthday, which he missed, and is seldom routed here. He's offered a carrot to do a run somewhere in the opposite direction first and then get a route back to Colorado, which then doesn't happen... that has occurred so many times. So disappointed as the recruiter told him that he would not have a problem being home every 2 weeks in Frederick. False! Here's a photo of the San Bernardino yard for one of the lovely place he gets to stay instead of with family... think twice before signing up. There are other issues as well...

If this is how their drivers act out on road then they need to close up shop, hell even SWIFT moves over for emergency vehicles
