First, I just want to say that we absolutely love Dr Jorgenson. He has taken care of our little since he was a newborn and never failed to hear us out and give him the best care. His nurses are also absolutely wonderful. We are always given information at each appointment about milestones, what to expect, and tons of resources. On another note, the urgent care is also absolutely wonderful. We have pretty much barely ever waited to be seen and they have ALWAYS taken our concerns seriously. Most recently, I took my my son in with very little symptoms, but he just wasn’t himself. Brandi, the nurse practitioner, never once made me feel crazy or invalidated for bringing him in. She swabbed him and reassured me that we would figure this out. Turns out, he was sick, and i am so grateful that she believe me and did multiple swabs on him so we were able to get to the bottom of things. We are foster parents and have had several kiddos be seen on a short notice to make sure they are healthy and up to date on everything. Overall, everyone here is so kind, always giving our kiddos the best care.

I had a frustrating experience with the receptionist during a phone call. She was impatient and interrupted me, which made it hard to communicate my concerns. However, I want to highlight that the nurses and other staff members were great—very helpful and professional. I hope the reception team can improve their communication skills to match the quality of care from the rest of the staff.

The urgent care was amazing!! From the person at the front desk to the nurse and the nurse practitioner, they took very good care of my daughter and we were literally in and out within 20-30 mins. And the nurse had called me with her results before I got home. I absolutely love this office!!!!!

We came here as new patients as our old doctor no longer took our insurance, and I wish I would of never tried this practice. From the get go I felt very judged for being younger with 6 and 3 year old. They follow vaccine schedule very strictly, which I am okay with, but don’t want to feel it is being pushed onto me if I choosed not to. I see all this reviews about how awesome Dr. Black is and how unprofessional her nurse is. I had the opposite experience, Dr. Black did not listen to me during the appointment when I said I felt that my daughter had a sinus infection. Didn’t even check her out besides her lungs, this went on for four weeks before I went to a different practice where the doctor did indeed tell me my daughter had a sinus infection and her ear was very red. Had Dr.Black listened to me my daughter wouldn’t have had to go four weeks before getting seen and antibiotics. Dr. Blacks nurse also asked me how old I was when I gave birth to my daughter and wrote it down, which I found irrelevant and have never had any other other pediatrician office ask that before, dr black also was waiting outside the exam room after my daughter got her flu and Covid shot listening in which made me feel she did not trust me and that she couldn’t be trusted. Dr black nurse she was actually helpful gave me a list of immunizations, and would return calls same day when I called for some feedback. Dr jorgeson’s nurse was new and still learning but other than that was great and friendly. Dr jorgeson himself was decent. He listened to concerns I had about my son and checked them out. He tried his best but my son has a speech delay and most can semi still understand my son, but Dr jorgeson struggled alittle bit with that, so I think it’s best we find a new doctor for my son as well. Front desk likes to comes off as helpful, but if you call lot to ask questions or need paperwork they get rude with you.
