DO NOT MOVE TO 155 east second ave apartments in salt lake. They are originally charming and beautiful interiors. We loved living here until numerous things started breaking. WE HAVEN’T HAD AIR CONDITIONING FOR 3 WEEKS. It’s August!!! We call them every week, every few days for an update and they have none. They don’t care at all about fixing it. We are so exhausted from reaching out to them. The water heater CONSTANTLY goes out so we have no hot water for a few days. The dog area has no watering option so the hallways on the first level smell awful like urine. How are you going to have a dog relief area with no hose or water to clean it down? They are outrageously expensive for what you get and the outlet in the tiny bathroom doesn’t work now as well. You’re living in a shoe box with utilities that may or may not work so don’t plan on anything. Frustrated and want to leave.
This was my first time using a property management company, and while they initially seemed accommodating and attentive to my concerns, my experience quickly changed after signing the contract. Over the course of about 1.5 months, there was only one viewing – and that was through an ad I placed myself. I often had to follow up repeatedly, and my calls went unanswered for days. When I did receive responses, they were dismissive and at times rude. Overall, I found their communication and service to be extremely disappointing. When I asked to cancel, I was told I might be charged additional fees for time even prior to signing a contract. Based on my personal experience, I would be cautious and weary before working with this company. **updated** I appreciated that one of the owners Zach reached out to me and listened to my concerns and help to solve some of the problems as well as reassured that they will work on their communications in the future.
