The day before leaving on a trip to Japan I got out of bed and collapsed to the floor dizzy. I drove down to this clinic and got there 15 minutes before they opened. The receptionist wasn't great, but Dr Pabani happened to walk by said he had a few minutes to spare and saw me right away. Turned out the dizziness was nothing serious, just fluid in my ear. He gave me a prescription and 7 years later he's still my doctor. He also cares for my wife and our son. Dr Pabani is a nice guy and a good doctor. All the comments on here about the office staff are true. They are just not good. However, I'd rather have a good doctor and bad office staff than a bad doctor and good office staff.

Staying here as otherwise I wouldn’t have a doctor at all - reception is awful. Impossible to get on the phone with anyone. They provide 3 different phone numbers and NONE of them actually work. Seems like it’s no longer possible to book an in person appointment either, only telehealth.

Dr Pabani has been my family doctor since I was a baby and now sees my baby. Excellent GP and very attentive. Whomever answers the calls when front desk is busy has terrible customer service though.

Went to get an appointment. The receptionist is the rudest person in the health industry with her earbud on and face to her phone. When I asked a question she kept repeating this is not a walk in, talk to the pharmacy, three times. Useless, and very rude receptionist. Don’t go there you will feel more stressed. Just can’t believe there are places operating like this.
