C MazWe attended this Vet for a second opinion as a previous Vet was not consistent with the standard of care we would expect. Hillcrest reception staff was open to taking us on as new clients and walked us through a comprehensive diagnostic plan that could suit our companion dog and budget. Hillcrest ensured we understood what they were doing and why and gave us pricing upfront before doing anything we may have not wanted. Hillcrest also walked us through with compassion when the unfortunate case was euthanasia and on the day made no assumptions or pressuring actions which made everyone comfortable. A Vet is important and our animals mean the world to us so if you need a Vet that isnt going to take advantage of you and will show compassion and a treatment plan you can agree to, then please come here. Our other 4 legged family will be coming here. I don't have all the names but I want to thank the Reception Staff, Vet Techs, Dr Olga Peck, Dr Jessica Hoekstra. Please continue to be apart of our animal care team and continue being great.
