Vanessa SI will be forever grateful to the Quinte Animal Hospital and especially Dr. Tilma and her team. We brought our dog to them for a second (really, a third) opinion when she was very unwell, and they treated her with so much kindness and urgency. They listened to our concerns, took us seriously, and made sure she was able to get an ultrasound quickly so we could finally understand what was going on. Thanks to them, Maggieās last days were spent in comfort and with dignity. When the time came to say goodbye, they made the experience as peaceful and gentle as it could possibly be - for her and for us. Losing Maggie was heartbreaking as she was so special to us. I am so thankful that we found a team who truly cared. They treated Maggie as if she were their own and helped us give her the love and respect she deserved right until the very end. I canāt thank them enough.
Jill HillsI love the personal and loving treatment our wee Bailey got yesterday. Dr. Julie took the time to explain her exam with Bailey. Also the treatment she needed and what to expect when Bay gets spayed. She was so good with Bailey sitting on the floor with her. Making sure she was not stressed or anxious. Nichole was just lovely. I totally trust them with our Bailey. Good old fashion caring and loving time for our girl. They are amazing!

Rich LawKnowledgeable and kind staff, but way overpriced. My dog has yeast infections in his ears every year as the seasons change. Despite knowing this the office insisted on an exam ($145) and lab ($85) then charged another $85 for drops which I later found out are available online for $27. While I get that this is a business, the profit margin is exploitive. EDIT: This review was originally 3 stars, but I've dropped it to one because we received a notice of termination from the vet based on the review above. No discussion, or follow-up, they just let us go because we criticized their pricing. They clearly do not care about their clients as they claim, letting go two senior dogs. Again, the care of the vets and techs was always great for us, but clearly the manager, Jenna Riess, does not take criticism well. Based on that alone I will never recommend this vet clinic.
