My pup suffers from "stranger danger" because of past trauma before he came into my care, but he didn't bark at the staff who met us at our vehicle and I was told he was good throughout his stay. Very kind and friendly staff. The price was half of what my regular vet quoted and included the recovery suit (which is the perfect colour for Nox) and they sent him home with five days of after care meds. All in all, great clinic. I would definitely take my next pet there for their procedure.
The staff are absolutely amazing. I have brought all of my 'fur-babies' here, and they have been wonderful with each one. They offer clear communication, compassion and care, making an easy, constructive process.
Excellent, they’re very thorough explaining everything regarding the surgery. They’re very nice, friendly, kind and my fur baby Chanel ( Pomeranian ) heals really well, they did an excellent job and it’s reasonable price too! Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼I’ll give them not just 5 🌟 but 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well done!👍🏼👍🏼Thank you so much 😍🤩
I ask if I can drop off my cat the earliest possible time meaning take my cat inside. The hours of operation doesn't match with our working hours. 1 of the admin on the email told me they can take her in at 6:50am. Why would she say that but still do their earliest intake at 7:10am or 7:20am(as the original schedule). Even that, there is a line up of people, what's the point of setting up an appointment at certain time but not follow it instead follow who comes first in line there? Maybe inform your customer of the actual time we can actually drop off our pets because people have work and agendas to attend to as well. Other than that, the staff are 5 stars except for that 1 person staff that lied to me. If you have a business like this don't lie to people because we are expecting your honesty and genuine care. The service is 4.5 stars and overall 2 Stars, not that it matters.
