The staff was awesome which made up for the room not being quite ready. When booking this hotel the person asked if I needed any extra accommodations and I jokingly said top floor. They did their best and put me on the 5th. The room had a very nice view of the sunset. The room itself was very nice and clean.

The pillows are the worst I've ever experienced. The bathroom came with someone else's hair in it. Both the pool and elevator were down. There wasn't prompt response to texting for service/questions. The staff was friendly enough. But wouldn't recommend returning.

Good hotel overall. The service was good but stayed there For a week and the room was never cleaned! I didn't have any Do not disturb signs nor special instructions.

Walked into the room and immediately noticed the countertops were really dirty, which is not what you would expect when checking into a room for the first time. There was hair all over the shower before I even stepped in, and all the shower soaps were empty. I asked the front desk to have someone clean while I was gone for the entire day, but no one ever came by. The front desk staff were extremely rude and acted like we were bothering them just for asking to switch rooms. Really disappointing experience, comparable to a Motel 6.
