Well from the very moment I walked and Ms. Lily at the front greeted with the biggest and most brightest smile. Very welcoming. Next after some friend banter check in was a breeze . After getting keys and getting to the room we found there was no pullout couch as mentioned with my booking. After bring this Ms Lily's attention with a moments hesitation she not only offer an up grade free of charge but she also upgraded me to a penthouse suite. Ms. Lily was a horse d and I do very much appreciate her and all she did. Thank you so much and may your days be blessed.

Where do I start? Honestly, you can't make this stuff up. Ok, so first we arrived approx. 9p Friday for a 2 day stay. Got checked in with the front desk attendant. We had a 2 queen room. I'm guessing they were out so she "upgraded" us to a upsaltairs/downstairs suite. After that, I noticed that she was kind of dry with short responses & really no direction on how to get to our room. Fine, not too much of a big deal, I'm sure it can't be too hard to find. Found it after searching for about a minute or 2. From the outside, it wasn't bad looking (looked like apartments). We unpacked the car & headed upstairs. Walking up the stairs, I noticed that the stairs were very wobbly. I felt like I was going to fall through. I then saw that the stairs/outside of the room was almost detached from the building itself. There was a gap that was about 1 to 2 inches. We used the key cards to get in. It was slightly hard to get in as if something was wrong with the knob. We finally got in to what I can only explain as something out of a horror movie or bad dream. The smell of old carpet & filth hit my nose. There was a bedroom upstairs & one downstairs. My niece had to use the bathroom & found a roach. She killed it with some tisse that she found. The upstairs bathroom didn't have any tissue or soap. After finding bugs, we were hesitate put our belongings in the room. It was so many things that were wrong with this place. The pictures can give you a visual but it does'nt come close to the mess that was our reality. We gathered our thoughts & reached out to Priceline. They were extremly busy so we had to get a call back. We then packed our things and headed to the front desk. The same dry lady was at the desk and I explained to her why we would not be staying at that motel. She proceeds to tell me that that room has been renovated & what im telling her is impossible. I then told her that I have multiple pictures if she would like to see them. Of course she declined. So Priceline told us that we would get a full refund due to the nightmare motel experience. I wouldn't recommend place to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I could give it 0 stars.

This hotel was awful, never been in a rundown poor run hotel in my life. There was no soap, no phone, no towels, no rags, no trash can or trash bags. The chair and couch were stained. Also no iron, microwave, or coffee. When we went to the office they first of all had an attitude and they didn't have any trash bags and gave us a hand towel for a towel to dry with and they were so old they were yellowed and tattered. HORRIBLE!!!

We got what I thought was a good deal from TripAdvisor to spend the night. Our first impression upon arriving was “not the best, but it can’t be that bad being a Wyndham hotel.’ So wrong! We noticed trash scattered about as we walked to our room. The key to enter our room didn’t work until the 6th try. Not surprising since the door looked like it’d been battered. Upon entering we noticed the patched walls, the overwhelming smoke smell, and the lock chain had been ripped off the door frame. The bathroom only ha 2 hand towels. We sat on the bed to talk and a mouse ran out from under the bed! That decided it for us. Hampton inn here we come! I can’t speak for other rooms, but strongly suggest you avoid this place! Wyndham should be ashamed of this!
