From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Holiday Inn Express in St. John’s Harbour was nothing short of excellent. Greg made Check-in quick and welcoming. He genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. In fact he helped me book the same room as we decided to stay an additional night because we line it so much. Parking was easy to find, and the hotel layout was clear and convenient.||Our room was spotless — fresh linens, a sparkling clean bathroom, and everything in perfect working order. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet, restful night’s sleep. The modern design and attention to detail made the space feel warm and inviting.||Breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh coffee, and staff constantly tidying up to keep everything replenished and clean.||It’s clear this location takes pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. We left feeling refreshed and genuinely impressed. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John’s Harbour.Un

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We booked a suite for 4 nights and it was clean & comfy. Breakfast was lovely (coffee, tea, chocolate, juice, scrambles eggs or omelette, boiled egg sausage/steak or bacon, potato, bagels, muffin, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, oatmeal etc. Incredible way to start the day! Wifi was working well, I was able to work from my laptop and had meetings without any issue. There’s free parking & the jacuzzi was definitely a + after a long day exploring NB! Ps: We got free popcorns from the lobby on Sunday night, this is very thoughtful!

Enjoyed 3 nights at Holiday Express and Suites Saint John. We were in Saint John for the 42nd Riverboat Classic Curling Bonspiel. There was 52 teams of 4 or more players. Our room and adjoining suite was fully equiped and a cozy home base. The hot tub and pool helped aching joints. Nearby Pub down under treated us like royalty. The complimentary hot breakfast was appreciated as we had games early mornings at Thistle St. Andrews Curling Club. Thank you for supporting The Riverboat bonspiel year after year. We will see you next time 🥌

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Saint John’s! The location was super convenient — close to be able to walk downtown, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Our room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights for us was how pet friendly the hotel was. We were traveling with our 2 golden retrievers and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great variety of options — fresh fruit, hot items, and good coffee. The staff came around with trays with fresh watermelon which was nice. The team working the front desk and breakfast area were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone — especially if you’re traveling with pets and looking for a clean, reliable, and welcoming place to stay in Saint John’s!
