This Holiday Inn definitely needs a make over! The furniture is old and dirty as well as the carpet!! We had a king room and it was incredibly small for the price ( $180) for 1 night. We have paid less at other Holiday Inn's in way better shape than this one. Next time we are passing thru we will definitely drive a few extra miles to the Best Western Plus in Brazil, Indiana!!!!

Rented this because it used to have a pool and hot tub. They’ve since filled the hot tub in. Annoyed about that. Then while letting my kids play there is a group of about 7 kids screaming in this echoing room. The whole pool experience was unbearable. Even my twin 6yo kids cant stand the noise from the other kids. I’m currently writing this review from poolside (wish I could do a video). Rooms are ok. But at $200, my family and I definitely won’t be staying here again. Update, had a response that’s since been deleted that they gave me 2000 points on my account and a 20% refund neither of which ever happened and now the response from them has been deleted….. go spend your money at the drury inn a block away… way better service same price and you get 3 free drinks and a dinner and breakfast buffet. P.s. they still have a hot tub too….

This place is not bad. Has a steakhouse attached. Hot tub was under construction so it lost a star for that. The weight room is pretty small for the size of this hotel. It also has the slowest internet of any IHG hotel that I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were pretty friendly overall. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices, including hot foods, cereal, fruit, and baked goods. The layout of the hotel was nice. I especially liked how the pool was open and not in some closed in room like most hotels. We were also able to enjoy 10% off our dinner at the restaurant connected to the hotel because we were hotel guests.||||The issues: While I did enjoy the open layout of the pool area, the hot tub was broken, and my two daughters and several children of families we were with broke out in a painful rash. At first I thought it was an allergic reaction, but the rash is very painful and Benadryl didn’t help, so I believe this is a chlorine burn! Why are we using so much chlorine???||||The second night of our stay, there were several guests who were yelling, running up and down the hallways, and just being extremely loud. This lasted until at least 12:30 am.||||It was a nice hotel overall, just be cautious of the pool!
