The gentleman working the front desk was so warm and inviting! The visit itself took a bit longer than expected, but the nurse gave me a heads up that they were busier than usual. Dr was wonderful, kind and attentive to my concerns. This is my second time here and anytime I need an urgent care this will continue to be my go-to.

My wife made me go… but starting with the nice man checking in everyone at the front desk (Who is also in nursing school and really knows his stuff) to the nursing staff and the nurse practitioner that treated me, they were all super kind, positive, thorough and professional. I can tell these people love their jobs! They took their time with me answering all my questions and asked a lot of good questions to be sure I was getting the best care possible. Even checking out I was greeted with a lady with a kind smile who made sure I was all set before I left. They called in my prescriptions right away by the time I got to my pharmacy they were already ready! Thank you for making my Urgent care visit a great experience!

I had a very pleasant experience at Holland Hospital urgent care yesterday. Check in had zero wait time and I only waited maybe 5 minutes until I was called back to see the doctor. Both the doctor and nurse were very kind and the doctor sorted out what I needed to help very quickly. The nurse was very attentive. She even caught a little issue with the pharmacy that my script was being sent to before I left. It was after hours at my normal pharmacy, and she had it switched to the 24 hour pharmacy nearby, which I needed to be able to pick up my antibiotics asap so as to elieveiate some pain!! I am feeling much better today thanks to this correction! I would recommend Holland hospital urgent care to all. Quick, very efficient, and a kind staff, all the way from check in through departure!!

Went to Holland Urgent Care yesterday for my daughter and from start to finish… it was nothing short of amazing! Every single person showed patience, kindness and compassion while treating my 2 year old daughter. Special shout out to Doctor Terese for going above and beyond!
