It was actually , me Doris Kendall, who was seen yesterday, Oct.21,2025 at the Holland Walk In clinic. ( the Google account is in my hubby’s name.) I was checked in efficiently, immediately taken into room, greeted by Maria, who was kind and efficient. Then the PA , Jennifer, came in, assessed me and listened to me sharing my symptoms and did an efficient physical assessment, then off to xray efficient tech took chest x rays. Back to room where shortly was given results of lab tests and xray with plan of care discussed and Rx sent to pharmacy. Discharge instructions thoroughly discussed and given printed copy as well. A very experience all around! I would certainly use this facility in the future and encourage others as well to take advantage of this excellent faculty and the staff!

I got in to a room within 15 minutes. MA was friendly and reviewed my history efficiently. PA reviewed my symptoms and treated me effectively with medication.

The Staff was very nice. However, I presented with middle back/side pain that started a week ago with the pain changing intensity and an intermittent pain in my foot. Neither related to the other. The NP barely looked at my back, asked me a couple questions listening to my heart and lungs, never looked at my foot. Said my foot pain was probably tendinitis, take some steroids. Your back pain is probably muscle related, take a muscle relaxer. That was it. No x-rays, no ultrasound, nothing. NP said, “I don’t do x-rays on patients over 60...” I’m not over 60. Seemed odd to me. By the way meds aren’t doing a thing for the pain.
