When my son passed away I had no idea what to do and how to handle things. I got Rigo number from Another person who I can’t thank enough. Rigo was the best. Something about him speaking to him over the phone made me feel so comfortable. When he came to my house, he explained everything to me and my older son detail by detail. I was worried about the slide show and he said don’t worry, I have a link that I will send you and just send me photos and the music and I will take care of it for you. He said when you have this outfit ready let me know, I will come to your house and pick it up. This made me feel like here is someone who of course does this for a living but really shows he cares. I decided to cremate my son and I asked Rigo if I had necklaces that I wanted ashes in it can he help me. He was like of course. The day of the wake I really wanted my son car there since his car was the thing he put a lot of money into and if you know what an Audi S4 is then you know. Rigo said bring it and we will put it where everyone will see it. Everything went perfect that day. When it was time for the burial, Rigo said I can bring you the urn to your home or the cemetery. I decided my house so I can spend some time with my son. I had asked Rigo for some extra ashes since my dad wanted to plant a tree but that failed since my mom said no so I got more necklaces and Rigo took time to come and pick them up and filled them for me with the rest of the ashes I had. Thanks to Rigo this experience was great and took a lot off my plate. I told Rigo thank you for everything and I hate that I had to meet him this way but hopefully I don’t have to call him again but it was a pleasure meeting him. Once again thank you Rigo
