Only been here twice- one for a service then eventually for my MOT and I can’t fault the team here at all, very professional and communicative! My car was looked after well and done promptly with them giving you a call/message when it’s ready and what’s potentially wrong. Friendly at FOH, informative when I asked follow up questions and overall efficient, would definitely recommend!

Had my MOT done here four days ago. Staff were friendly and they did the MOT and full service quick. They advised that I needed two new front tyres and quoted between £500 and £600 for two new tyres. I didn’t have my tyres done here knowing that I could find it significantly cheaper. I’ve had an appointment to have the two new tyres done following the advice from the MOT to be told that the two rear tyres are worse than the front ones with one tyre bulging and both being closer to the legal limit than the front. There is no way that it shouldn’t have been noted on the MOT that the rear ones were closer to the legal limit. The garage replacing the tyres have said it shouldn’t have failed the MOT with the bulge in the tyre and is now costing me even more to have two sets of two new tyres instead of four in one go. Staff were friendly and the service was good on the day however can’t say I’d use this garage again now knowing they missed this.

*! *! *!WARNING*! *! * DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!!!! I took my BMW in which had gone into limp mode. After 4 days of no information I rung them up. They did not remember taking my car in. Another 3 days pass so I go in to the garage. I was told I needed a new rocker cover and spark plugs coating £400, I agreed to the works. Another 10 days goes past with no call so again I make contact to be told the delivery was late but they have the part now and will carry on with the job. I then receive a call 3 days later saying the engine has blown up. I go in to see the manager and find out what's going on. I get told a valve had gone inside engine so the £400 was a waste and I now get told I knees a new engine. I get two cost from the oowner, well that's what he introduced himself as! Lier!!! He quoted me a second hand engine with 6 months warranty £4000 or a brand new engine with 2 years warranty £6500. I go with the expensive option as it come with 2 years warranty. Another 2 weeks go by and I'm told the car is fixed. Lies!!! I collect car and pay the balance due. I take for a drive and straight away I have an issue with the drive traine. No power! I take back to garage and they say they can't find what's causing the problem. I then find out they did not fit a new engine they put a reconditioned engine in and lied to me to rob me of £2500. I asked for a meeting with the owner to get my money back. This was a different person who is saying he is the owner now. apparently there are 4 men who run this and a few other companies in this field. After a lot of discussion they agreed to give some money back I signed a waver to exempt the warranty and they would not work on car anymore. I was over a barrel!!! They had my car that was still not working and my money so I had to sign!!!! hey kept telling me they did not lie and offer a new engine apparently they wanted £2500 for an extended warrant... They are lieing cowards and none of the 4 men could look me in the eye. I had to go to a BMW specialist at my cost! In 2 days I get a call saying the engine cover is broken and it needed to be replaced. I gave him the ok so he ordered a new one andtthe next day fitted it and it fixed the problem. The engine cover was fine when I took it into Ash Rdservice center. the person who worked on my car put a hole in it and snapped it. £250 the new cover cost me. I asked ash Rd service center if they would pay as it was their employee who broke it they just ignore me. These are con men and can't be trusted. They just want your money and will lie to get it!!!!!
