My AC broke down so I called Haven Home Aire around 1030 this morning and they told me they would have Will W here between 1200- 400! What? Same day!! In this heat!!! He showed up at 200! Pleasant and personable young man. Turns out was the blower blah blah blah on my furnace. Or it could have been something else or… He diagnosed it rather quickly as the blower and was able to repair it and was out the door before 330. He could have left earlier but he wanted to make sure that now that it was working, it would continue to work. And all this for an extremely easy on the wallet price. He’s also made a few suggestions and I will be calling back soon to get a maintenance done and will ask for him. Home Aire is lucky to have staff like him. And working in this heat. Wow. Thanks so much. Can’t wait till it gets to a reasonable temp.

Air conditioners make our home comfortable in a humid summer. They need, however, regular maintenance as autos do. Nevertheless, many people such as myself did not know it until they found their machines did not work well. I felt that I was lucky for selecting Home Aire Care. Home Aire Care sent Dillon L to fix my machine soon after I called. Recognizing that I was curious about the AC system, he explained how it worked and where the problem might be when he was diagnosing. In a few minutes, the problem was identified. Somewhere in the unit outside was leaking. He then said to me: "I will put some dye into the refrigerant. The dyed refrigerant will not only tell where it is leaking but could fill the leaking spot. Generally, your machine will work well for the rest of this summer. But it needs some maintenance before next summer. It is worthwhile." His words echoed the same view of an auto mechanic years ago: "Every car will fall apart, but if it is maintained well, it can work for a long time." I had not done any maintenance since I bought the AC six years ago until I found it not working well.
