Front desk staff were kind and pretty chill. Room was, no lies, pretty gross. It's clear an attempt had been made but I was able to wipe up with low effort more dirt than I'd have liked on the toilet, sink, and shower. Linens seemed clean but not spotless, cheap but adequate. Stank of cigarettes but in the way that tells you they had at least tried to get rid of the smell. Dead bug on the floor and that's a little the product of the doors opening to the outside but still. Cleaning staff had left a bottle of window cleaner by the sink so I at least know the mirror got a good going over. Beds were not in amazing shape but comfy enough. Shower head was mounted about 5'6" and pressure was not great. Tolerable for a night being cheap and if you're not spending time there. For long stays or other sorts of... more intensive usage of the room I'd suggest most anywhere else.

The room was dirty.The environment was unsafe. There were clear signs of drug use on the night stand, blood stains on the wall, brown stains on the bed sheets as evidence of bedbugs. the door to the room was repeatedly dented from the inside and out, there were scratches and dents everywhere in the “newly renovated” room. bugs flew out of the bathroom when the door was opened. the bath tub was dirty. the room looked like it had never been disinfected and smelled the same. advertised as non smoking and smelled like smoke and sour mildew. definitely not a picky guest, just need somewhere clean and safe to sleep. this is not that place. the front desk is unable to help without management around, and as there was no manager on duty, i promptly left and found another place to stay. was offered a different room, but the treatment i received when bringing it to the front desk’s attention was negligent. as they are unable to process refunds, even when the room is visually disturbing and physically unsafe. edit: still havent been refunded despite the reply to this made by the owner. all replies are the same, as they just copy & paste the same generic apology to every guest that had a bad or unsafe time, and refuses to refund. this place lacks actual professionalism and accountability. a stunning 5 star review was posted around the same time that i received a response, so it can easily be assumed it was fabricated. was told i would receive a refund, the hotel is now dodging calls to process said refund. sketchy & should be condemned. do not stay here.

No toilet paper in room. Toilet wouldn't flush. Rooms in dire need or overhaul. Entire building could stand to be replaced. Something in another room beeped for most of the night. No one is ever at the front desk so the wait is long. Bed and pillows were comfortable and they did move me to another room.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! The room is small and smells musty, the floor is wet. I opened the door and found water all over the floor, there is dirt at the sink, there are pieces of carpet on the towel. Nothing good here. All night long I heard people talking in front of the room, people walking back and forth. There was a sound of honking horns in the morning. I couldn't sleep all night. Cheap and good doesn't exist. Don't expect anything from this place anymore.
