If I could give a -10 star rating, I would. I had a terrible experience with this company that has left me with lingering headaches. I purchased a GE washer and dryer, and on the delivery day, one of the delivery personnel had an awful attitude. He refused to install the appliance, claiming that he would damage his back and that no one would care about his well-being. He even had the nerve to ask me why I had purchased this washer and suggested that I buy another one instead. They left without attempting to set it up, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I tried calling the delivery company to file a complaint about this individual, as I don’t believe he is fit for this job. I lost a day of work over this issue, and now I have to wait about another week for a redelivery. It’s unbelievable how poorly this company operates! I have already filed a complaint with Home Depot. They are losing customers because of the terrible delivery service they have chosen to partner with, which has some of the worst reviews on Google. Personally, I won’t purchase any appliances from Home Depot or Lowe’s again due to this delivery company.
