This is a joke waiting for a Vendor for two months for repairs to the fence. Ac unit broken due to the storm, fishing for vendors while my family sitting in 90 plus degree temperature Here in Houston,Tx. You call for issue @ the property and the call get outsourced out the Country, meanwhile they’re fishing for the cheapest bid for vendors to come out. Homeriver you have to do Better! Unparalleled responsiveness to maintenance needs! This the Company Statement!

HomeRiver management group was easy and great to work with! Jay was my “property consultant,” he was super responsive and guided me thru the whole rental process from first interest to the final signature of the lease. Don’t hesitate to use this remote property management company! It simple and less pressure than having someone follow you around a viewing. You can take your time and view the place slowly.It just takes the stress out of the situation!

We attempted to rent a townhouse from this management company. We spoke to Jay who was the property manager assigned but doesn’t live in the area or know about any of the hidden costs. He was very nice but not much help. The application process was literally painful to complete. And we got a headache reading 16 pages of fine print on a lease that basically says tenant is responsible for everything and we are going to add more fees without adding any extras.I’m not sure where our $165 went to but when it was time to sign the lease, 3 more emails arrived with “additional fees added to your rent”. If they receive $165 from everyone that applies, they don’t even need to rent it out!
