Jack COverall we were surprised at just how great our stay here was. Dan at the front desk was an absolute delight, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and staff working it were also awesome. Gym was very clean with decent equipment. The room was also very clean with a very spacious, updated bathroom. We requested an extra blanket and pillow in the evening that arrived within minutes. Location was also great. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Kitchener!
Matthew SmallThis Holiday Inn is very central to many of the areas activities. The staff has been very helpful, freindly and accommodating (we came in on a red eye flight and they allowed us to check in early which was not necessary but definitely appreciated). The rooms are modern yet cozy and the beds are as usual top quality! They are also extremely clean!! The breakfast is also top notch, great variety of hot and cold items, self serve waffle station and the pastries mmm the pastries. Overall we are very happy with this stay and look forward to returning in a couple days when we return from Niagra Falls.

The property has clearly been revamped — it’s clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. From the lobby to the rooms, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Despite the quality and comfort, it didn’t break the bank, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, just off the 401, and close to local attractions like Chicopee and Bingemans. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and comfortable place to stay in Kitchener, this Holiday Inn Express is definitely worth considering.
Colin SchlaissDuring a trip to visit family I stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Express locations and this one was the best. The breaksfast was great (plus the manchine gave me an extra big pancake). The shower was really good and had a nice mist setting. The staff was good. Beds were very comfortable and the room in general was nice, modern, qnd overall fantastic. Sadly there is no pool but otherwise this is the best option in the area. 10/10 I would recommend
