I was very excited in the beginning, Phone calls and emails were being returned within minutes. (5/1/24) is my move in, before I could get my keys after the cleaning crew left. I decided to surprise the cleaning crew and no one was here so I waited to get keys all day because the place was suppose to get cleaned and didn't. The same dirt is here from when I originally visited the property and from when I had to do my inspection. The grass was not cut out back or front. My gas was not turned on when they put the stove in, I have no hot water (something I knew and was told it would be addressed immediately)and no one has reached out, to make me an appointment, consult, etc. Now all of a sudden my emails are not being returned. I payed over $3000 for this move and I know without a doubt 4/30/25 I am moving out of here. I hate having to put these kind of reviews but I work hard for my money and the place should have been in better shape because I was told certain things but did not receive was I was told. I did everything they asked because if I didn't my application would have been denied.

Avoid Homework Management at All Costs! Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Potentially Criminal!! HWPM is a company that consistently fails to meet its obligations. Their promise of sending the remaining $3,284.66 by June 10, 2025, is just another broken promise in a long line of disappointments. Their staggered disbursement and constant delays are not just unacceptable, but also suggest a lack of integrity and professionalism. I would strongly advise against doing business with HWPM. Their actions border on criminal, and it's clear they don't respect their clients' time or financial stability. They seem to operate with impunity, making promises they have no intention of keeping. If you value your money and your sanity, stay far, far away from HWPM. Their behavior is reprehensible, and they don't deserve your business.! Their dishonesty and theft have wasted my time and money. Don't trust them with your property or finances. They're liars and thieves, and I regret ever working with them. I demand they return every penny owed to me. *Update:* I'll be sharing my experience with the IRS and seeking justice. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid Homework Management at all costs!

Spoke to Clyde and he was super professional and very sweet. Although I have challenges, he was still able to help me and get the answers I needed.
