Hotel BB Palace

Hotel is located in a central place, East Patel Nagar market in New Delhi. Very convenient to all places of interest. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A special shout out for the GM Mr. Arvinder Singh Ahluwalia who was very courteous and helpful in guiding me with the way around Delhi. He even helped me in making reservations to various famous restaurants in Delhi. The hotel is clean with daily housekeeping. Beds are good with fresh linen. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again once in Delhi.|Mahesh

The staff at Pals Inn is the best! They provided everything that we needed. They are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served every morning. I felt safe there and trusted leaving my stuff in the room while we were out touring and shopping. It’s located in a good area with a park, restaurants and shops in walking distance. My husband got sick while we were there and the manager gave him some medicine. He was super nice to us! I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend them.

Pals Inn was the perfect location for our time spent in New Delhi. The rooms were clean. The staff was very courteous. Buffet breakfasts were great and they were always willing to assist us with any needs we had. The manager was very helpful when I got sick and gave me something to help with my situation. It will definitely be my choice of hotels in any future visits.
