Terrifying experience- a real health hazard!! Loud music throughout the night, AC was not working, corroded taps and bathroom fittings could smell rust from water. Horrible manager tells me that hot water is not available in Delhi during summer because it is hot. I don’t know how these people are functioning should close them down

Horrible staff, horrible rooms and a very horrified experience. I wanted to give 0 stars but no option If asked for hot water they were giving in buckets after 1hr. The room next to ours had a fallen roof!! Full dust in the room and AC was not working for most of the time..

The hotel didn’t have hot water, okay that was manageable The floor was always dusty as paint kept falling from the ceiling, the AC was working on and off The shower was smelling of rust, the water that I took bath in damaged my scalp and skin
