Have been a regular guest here and always would prefer to come here. The rooms are very well maintained the house keeping staff is very polite and very helpful. The reception are also very helpful. The best is the cafe Restro, i have had a very good experience at breakfast and dinner times. The staff is very active, polite, professional and helpful. The chef Shyam dutt is very active and have experienced his professional ability in cooking and presentation since covid times. Chef Satish Sharma and Chef Rishi are great, have had a very good experience with them. The staff in the restaurent is very helpful. Loved the whole experience in the hotel and would look forward to coming back again.

I recently stayed at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel and had such a pleasant experience! The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile — from the reception to the restaurant team, everyone made me feel truly welcome. The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner options, everything tasted amazing. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and classy — perfect for both business trips and relaxing getaways. The ambiance feels warm and comfortable, and you can sense that the team really cares about guest satisfaction. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would love to visit again. We stayed there for 3 days. On the very first day during breakfast one staff member named Rachna came to us asking for online review of the hotel service so out of courtesy we gave them 5 star rating and special mention of an employee name whom we don't even know. Another day we went to have breakfast at around 9.45 and all seats were full we stood there for few minutes but when no staff came to help us we asked the hotel staff to provide a seat. When we just sat there for few minutes and just started having our breakfast another employee came and said you will have to leave this seat as some family is asking for that table only as they are big family and they will join our table to theirs. It was so embarrassing we had to leave our brekafast in the middle and move to another corner of the hall. This was the first time some hotel treated us like this so we were also shocked but they took our plates and kept at another table. When we entered in the hall I asked for a coffee to Rachna but she never ordered a coffee for us then we asked for a coffee with two more staff but no-one brought the coffee for 25 minutes. Then again I went to counter made near the entry door and asked whether anybody is bringing the coffee or not but they were speechless because nobody ordered it. We also asked for the sambhar chutney from a staff but as usual nobody brought it. We never had such experience at sterling or Marriott or Radisson or ITC hotels before. Here staff only takes care of guests which are big families or large in number but this hotel is not for couples or single family as they will treat you like you don't exist for them as we saw multiple times they ask again and again guests on tables where 7 or 10 guests were sitting but completely ignoring tables having 2 or 3 guests. I will suggest to not consider this hotel if you are alone or couple as even after paying so much you will get this kind of hospitality from this so called 5 star hotel.
