All good. My family stayed their and everything was nice. Reception person was good. Rooms were clean, beds were neat & clean. Though lil bit small in space but worthy as per the pricing. I rarely give 5 stars to anyone, but it's distance from blue line metro (RK Ashram Marg), their hospitality and the nice stay they provided deserves 5 star.

A Comfortable and Pleasant Stay at Hotel Karlo Kastle I had a great experience staying at Hotel Karlo Kastle, which is conveniently located very close to the New Delhi Railway Station and Ramakrishna Ashram Marg Metro Station. This makes it super easy to access any part of the city. The area is lively, with plenty of shops and food outlets nearby. The hotel reception is just about 20 meters off the main road, making it easily accessible yet slightly away from the hustle and bustle. After trying out two other places, I found this hotel online at a very budget-friendly price and was glad I chose it. Before booking, they kindly allowed me to check the room, which turned out to be clean, spacious, and surprisingly cool even without the AC turned on. The reception area is neat, and they provide free bottled water which is a nice touch. The person at the reception was extremely helpful, polite, and had a very positive attitude. They even allowed early check-in at 9 AM without any extra charge, which made my day a lot easier. My stay was peaceful, and the room was very cozy and comfortable. After checking out the next day, I had a meeting to attend, so I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned later, they allowed me to sit in the reception area, and even though the AC was off due to some work, they switched it back on just for my comfort and offered me water again. The owner and manager were exceptionally kind, warm, and down-to-earth. Their behavior was very genuine and humane, making me feel respected and welcomed even after checkout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget stay with great hospitality and human touch. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm giving 4 - Start for this hotel Hotel is nearby to the Delhi railway station and the RK Metro station. Just 5 minutes walk for the metro station. I was booked the Delux triple AC room for one night for three persons. The room is good and budget friendly. The hotel staff is very supportive and friendly. The location is good. So many food options are available in nearby area ( Veg & Non-veg ). Plus some baars are also there for party lovers. Rooms - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Location - 5/5 Hygiene - 4/5

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and all amenities were up to the mark.
