I really love having HOTWORX as part of my work out routine. The infrared sauna workouts have been helpful in recovery and increased fitness. It’s a clean calm & safe space with a variety of work out options. I’m very thankful for this convenient location. Highly recommend!

The new owners (March 2023) are super friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, beautiful, and full of options for people of all skill level. I was truly blown away by how good a quick but intense workout feels in the heat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is just what I have been looking for! Flexible schedule (24x7), private rooms that fit 3 each, and lots of class options plus weights. There's something for everyone!

Just started going there this month and it’s an awesome place! I wanted something besides just weight lifting and this is exactly what I was looking for! I definitely recommend
