Our first meeting Scott was very knowledgeable about our area and talked about the best approach to be successful with the sale of our home. The marketing was top notch with beautiful pictures to really highlight our property, our open house was very successful. We were very happy with the process of selling our home. Being so impressed with Scott and his team we used him as our buying agent as well. Scott really went above the expectations of helping find a home we love and making sure we were well taken care each step of the way. Very grateful his assistance and expertise.
Please be CAUTIOUS, before hiring this company. They "spend" hundreds of dollar without owners approval and do not provide any response when asked how did they spend it. They have not reponded to any queries for almost an year now. We are 4-5 home owners who have exactly the same issue. Pretty sure they are not going to respond to this review..
We used this management company for two years. They were great at finding tenants and getting the house rented out. Over the last year we didn’t need them because some family friends moved into the house. We used them to write up the rental agreement. We had all plans of using them to keep it rented after our family friends moved out. Our first tenants moved out early and didn’t pay some of the last month rent. Had damage done to the carpet and broken lights Scott and his team jumped in and started dealing with all the legal side of things to collect that rent. Over the first year we would call and get the occasional text saying they would check with the lawyers and get back to us but not once did they give us an update. It has now been almost two years now and we have not got any information about it. I have called several times with no response back. After several months and several phone calls I finally got a text saying that they would call me the following day with updates. It has now been a few days and we are back to zero communication and not responding back. His prices are great. but the lack of communication we got from him and his team was the reason we didn’t feel the 5 stars was appropriate.
