While you never want to go to the ER, this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for. Thankfully I wasn’t too ill but I needed an ultrasound. The doctors and nurses took my care seriously and it was relatively quick to see the doctor and get the technician. The whole staff was friendly. It was a relatively slow time, but you could tell they focused on seeing patients and discharging them as fast as the care would allow. Yet they still took a few minutes to have pleasant chats.

I have been in the surgery center 2 times, for knee and ankle issues. The staff there went above and beyond their responsibilities, from the nurse in the preparation room, the anesthesiologist and the nurses in the recovering room. Each one of them treated me with respect and by my name. They did all what were in their hands to explain me the procedure, to make feel comfortable and calm. They over exceeded my expectations.

I would give this hospital 10 stars if they were available every single employee kind caring compassionate from the lunch lady all the way up to the heart surgeon . Dr Castro is TRULY A BLESSING Patient and family care is OUTSTANDING the hospital is immaculate . What a great hospital! I was so impressed with everyone, from the receptionist giving me directions to the X-ray technician, and others. They were all so efficient and seemed happy to be working there. My appointment was easy to get and less than a five minute wait. It was actually a very pleasant, comforting experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
