I have had terrible experience when it comes to this hospital. I’ve been treated unfairly and have left felt unheard. I can proudly say that today was a much more positive experience. Dr. Chris in the ER listened to me and my concerns with empathy and compassion. I felt that he really cared about how I was feeling (which I was afraid of not feeling and led me to procrastinating checking in). Unfortunately the pain was just too much and I ended up checking in this morning. He made me feel heard and seen. He also made sure he tested for everything and made sure I understood things clearly. I will always appreciate his kindness and hospitality. My nurses were very busy, but also very kind, helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. This was the best experience I had in this hospital. I recommend here if you are concerned about being treated differently for any reason.

Chris is always very knowledgeable, answers my questions and concerns and is very attentive and caring. I wish my former Dr in Wichita had been so attentive. He really listens to me, which is very important to me in this stage of my life especially. He has good information and advice too..
