The hotel was amazing, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is perfectly located opposite the Sarit mall which closes very late in the nigh, as a visitor it made it very easy to walk across the road and withdraw cash at the ATMs, there are shops(Including a forex exchange shop for foreign currencies) and restaurants downstairs which was also something we only noticed once we checked in.

This is a true luxury hotel in an ideal locations in Westlands, Nairobi. I think it's perfect for business travelers, with excellent facilities for meetings and easy access to key commercial areas. The staff are outstanding — professional, warm, and consistently attentive. A premium experience that lives up to the Hyatt Regency brand. Oh, and they serve really good coffee! :)
