The lobby was clean and comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly, as were Rosa the nurse, and John the P.A. Everything was clearly explained, and they were very thorough in asking me questions to arrive at a diagnosis. They got me in and out very quickly. I live south of Wichita, but the drive would definitely be worth it to come back here!

Very nice staff. Willing to answer questions and educate. I have brought my now eight month old baby here twice. I will always pick this over emergency rooms if my needs take place during their business hours.

Went in on a Sunday w a pretty nasty infection , first time seeking care here. Was seen very quickly and received excellent and efficient care . Very thankful to have such great service and availability at a time when I couldn’t wait to get into my pcp.

Takes a long time to be seen. Staff seems indifferent to people's situation. Maybe they are battle-hardened and seen too much to have any emotion left? Or they simply lack bedside manners. Either way, it is okay if you realize it is urgent care and not a 5-star hotel, despite costing the same.
