A fraudulent company, the project is called Morning Village, in Dundurn. I bought a house from them in August 2021 for $752,000. The contract said the house would be delivered in one year. But when I came to inspect in September 2022, the house had not even been built, and there was only a model room that had been built a long time ago. Now it's been almost 3 years, and the house has not been built yet. As soon as I talk to him about the house, he talks nonsense and starts to deceive me. He doesn't reply when I ask him to return the money, and I directly hired a lawyer to find him. There is also a partner, Linda Yu, who runs an accounting firm. I heard that he is still doing projects for Saskatchewan immigration in the past two years.
