ID Hot Yoga - FIDI

Tricia’s class was of the best I’ve yoga classes ever been to!! Easily my new favorite studio in the city. The flow was fast paced, challenging, and the right blend of strength building and stretching. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Last week, I took the Hip Mobility and Strength class with Arron—it was amazing! I’ll definitely be taking that one again. This morning, I took the ID class with Shane, and it was just as great. This is only my second time at this studio, and I’m really enjoying it so far. I work in the city and have a hectic schedule, so finding time to unwind at ID Hot Yoga FIDI has been such a refreshing experience. The two instructors I’ve taken classes with so far have made me want to keep coming back. I hope I get the chance to try classes with the other instructors as well, if my schedule allows. Either way, you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time doing hot yoga, and I absolutely loved it. Margaret, the instructor, was highly knowledgeable and provided personalized guidance throughout the session. I found the class to be the perfect amount of challenging, and especially liked the intensive use of core strength.
