Just tried my first hot yoga class ever and it was simply amazing! Michelle is a great instructor and made the class truly enjoyable. The cold towel at the end was the icing on the cake. I will be back. Highly recommend!!!

I took my granddaughter here for a private yoga class and was extremely pleased with the facilities, the class and all that is offered here. Michelle created a wonderful atmosphere for both of us and tailored our class to suit our skill levels. Loved the restorative yoga, the savasana, and the special touches of essential oils, eye pillows and singing bowls. Very therapeutic. Very grateful. Thank you
