I have to say that this was the best doctor's visit ever. Everyone was so friendly, from the two women at the front desk, and Josh ( I hope I got his name correct) who is awesome; he made me feel so at ease and very friendly. Dr. Kloske is amazing. If I could have her as my primary doctor I would pick her. They got me in and out of the clinic in a quick and timely manner. I will definitely recommend Access Medical on SE 29th to everyone I know. Thank you guys for making my doctor visit a great experience. 5 stars all the way around.😀👍

The front lady (didn’t see her name) was really sweet. They were welcoming and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. They are really good people. The nurse Jacqueline was really fun and made us feel comfortable. The NP Williamson was very efficient and kind. Thank you. This will be our new access medical. Thank you again.

Being able to schedule & fill out paperwork online was quick, easy, and convenient. They have later hours so they’re open when most other places are closed. Their waiting room is very cozy and comfortable. Our MA Joshua was upbeat, friendly, and great with my son. Our NP Daniel was extremely gentle & patient w/ my 1yo. baby. He never cried & was so soothed by Daniel that he almost fell asleep during his assessment. Great experience! Will definitely be back if we need any after hours medical care in the future.

Honestly THE MOST unprofessional urgent care I've ever been to. Don't bother making an appointment because there's no point. They'll still see walk in's ahead of you and you'll wait 20 minutes before even being spoken to. The "nurse" is an extremely rude woman who needs to learn proper healthcare etiquette. She does not know how to properly take vitals either. While I was speaking to the doctor about why I was there she rushed in the room to speak about another patient that was checking out. The doctor then ended our conversation and left the room. He never came back till about 10 minutes later and as he was explaining what medication he was prescribing the nurse once again interrupted him to hand me discharge papers and then told me bye have a great day. The doctor never even finished and just walked away. After I went to go pick up my medications from my pharmacy. When I got there the pharmacist told me that they had canceled one so I called back to see what happened and to make sure it wasn't something I needed. I was left on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back and the receptionist was very rude and told me there was "well which one wants to know to know because there was two of me on the line" when it was my wife and I standing next to each other on ONE phone call. She put me on hold for a minute and when she came back on the line my wife answered for me because I was speaking to the pharmacist and she told my wife "I can't even talk to you I need to speak with him" so I turned around and told her I'm here on the line with her. She ignored and then hung up the phone! I never got the answer I needed and didn't feel like dealing with the bitchy attitudes again! Wouldn't recommend!!!
