I went in full of pain and stress and left completely relaxed and felt like I was well taken care of. I don't remember the nurse's name.But she was amazing as was the entire staff. I was visiting from out of town so this was a very stressful situation for me and they made it perfect. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Trina Guzan while I was in New Orleans for a trip. She was so empathetic with me vs some other urgent care doctors rush you out. I was the last patient and I got out of there just as they were closing. I was waiting on my ride and she was nice enough to sit and wait with me and talk more about what I could do to feel better. Urgent care is expensive even with insurance, but I appreciated that I felt heard there!

I would recommend this Urgent Care Center. It was easy to make an appointment online. There is a nice large waiting room, for distancing from others that may be sick. The staff, nurses and doctors were all kind, and the system was efficient. The facility has x-ray equipment if you need that. The doctor gave helpful advice on how to take care of myself at home. I would go there again.
