Was seen relatively quickly and the practicioner that saw me went above and beyond. I was there for an infection that come back and was starting to spread again after completing the antibiotic treatment. When asking about my issue, the nurse acknowledged and took the time individually address the concerns I had. It was during this conversation that I Nurse Bishop I realized that she truly cares about her patients. She heard me out about believing the infection had never fully healed, and agreed my last doctor was dismive, crappy, and should've given a longer treatment I had, however, she did this a more polite and professional manner than I did. In addition to just treating me like a person, Tracy took every chance she got to do more than required for me. Since I was a car-less from stranger she showed me where the closest pharmacy was and gave me directions. She also, wanted to give me an extra antibiotic ointment to keep on hand, but refills had to be filled in the same town. Usually, a Dr. visit would be over now, but R.N. Bishop still had more surprises. Apparently, there was some issue with the pharmacy receiving my prescriptions, and I had to call the clinic to figure out what happened. Still not sure what happened but I had my meds in about 15 minutes after hanging up. and the literally Icing ong the cake was getting a call from her the next day to check-in and see how things were. Comparing this visit to my prior clinic visit is a great example of what a Dr should or shouldn't do when caring for patients. The Dr. I saw, seemed as if he thought his patients were an inconvenience from the start, while R.N. Bishop opened with a welcoming and fully listened to my explanation. This was a welcome difference compared with my last walk-in visit, where the Dr. seemed to only be interested in seeing as many patients as quick as he could. First, he opened with a very annoyed "What are you here for?" and continually cut me off while I was answering him. With each interruption he visibly grew more irritated, and impatient, while I was getting increasingly frustrated and apathetic. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I shut down and stopped talking except the bare minimum necessary to answer questions. After asking just a few questions, the Dr. told me "You seem to know what you need. So, what do you want me to prescribe you?" I told him and he wrote the script for the shortest antibiotic treatment I have seen, especially when dealing with a staph infection. After handing me the prescriptions, The Dr. pressured me on trying to schedule a follow-up visit, even after saying I wasn't able to. He was so focused on the follow-up that he never went over how I to take my meds, and had to explain I was gonna be on the otherside of the state when he wanted me to be there. I suspect the conservative prescription was the Dr.'s attempt to get me to a follow-up visit. I have never been prescribed less than a week of antibDuring the appointment, the Dr. was very borderline negligence in my opinion resulted in me having the infection comeback worse while in an unfamiliar

Quick Service, Great friendly Customer Experience and the nurses and Mrs. Taylor was wonderful. Dr Taylor took her time and explained everything to me about my issue and also contacted a specialist that could make sure everything healed properly. She is the best. Thanks so much

We loved our experience with Taylor. We just moved here from another state and my baby boy was sick and SHE was PHENOMENAL with him!! Recommended her to everyone!! The front desk staff at NRMC WALK IN clinic could use some extra pointers with their professionalism and customer service as that lady was very rude to us and it was very noticeable that us checking in to get him seen was inconveniencing her friendly conversation with her coworker and her scrolling on her phone. I know people have bad days but being a patient there it’s obvious we weren’t having our best day and that’s why we’re there.
