For years this place has been my family’s go to for all our minor needs. I went in today and had excellent care by Brianna and Mark. Thank you Brianna for your compassion and kindness, you have the sweetest personality. Thank you Mark for your genuine concerns, taking your time out to answer all my questions and explain things to me. You both deserve 5 stars!!

This is a great urgent care. First you can make an appointment online and they text you when you need to be there so no waiting for hours in the lobby. Next, Mark Landry diagnosed a condition as severe when it certainly did not look severe to me and I’d bet would have been missed by the average provider. He got us in to see a specalist same day which saved us from needing an overnight stay in a hospital and actual surgery. I would not have recognized the severity without his expertise. The specalist said that if we had waited another few days we would have been in a bad situation. Mark saved us. We are so grateful to him and will be using him exclusively moving forward.

When you’re not feeling well, you don’t care about all that service crap. You just want to feel better. EVERYTHING was awesome! I can go into details, but I won’t. Equivalent to an ER visit! But faster & sufficient . I went there at 1pm & tonight I’m very close to 100% better. 1st day of treatment! Hit it on the nail. Results immediately As for Mark, NP!!!! You may as well call him Dr. Mark. The man knows his shiii is all I’m saying

One of the receptionists seems nice - I genuinely felt like I got forgotten about though. It took about 45 mins to get called back and I got here within the hour of being open, then I sat in a back checkup room for a little over an hour before being seen. I even asked to go to the bathroom to remind them I was there… I had to call the person I asked to watch my baby to ask them to watch longer because I never thought it’d take THIS long to be seen. Doctor is so kind and caring though & once seen super easy and helpful experience.
