Insure Pro was amazing to work with! Torry was very thorough with our quote, asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for in an insurance company, and asked about our needs with our multiple drivers. He took the time to listen and put together an amazing quote that he then sent to us via video so we could see the numbers. He was very patient with our slow response and very helpful and kind. He followed up, I double checked quotes, reviewed everything with us and answered all of our many questions. They made me feel confident knowing that if I have any claims, they will be there ready to help and work hard in our behalf. (Our last insurance company dropped all of our drivers and vehicles because I was rear-ended at a stop sign. 🙄 Our agent could do nothing about it because this well-known company has changed their policy to where the agent cannot dispute. So why have an agent? Deeply discouraging and we will never go with State Farm again!) We gathered quotes from a few other companies and our experience with them was not near this thorough or stellar or affordable! I highly recommend working with Insure Pro! It's definitely worth getting a quote from them!

Had to call my agent (Josh) every other day to get things pushed along. Had two mistakes that led to our insurance being cancelled unknowingly to us or insurepro. Overall, costs much more time and headaches than it was worth. Worked with another company and got Grade A communication and got me settled with a policy in less than 24 hours. I would not recommend Insurepro's services. Edit: Josh was our first agent that made a bunch of mistakes. Then this past month we worked with Kelly, and had a similar experience. We got things sorted out only to find out the policy was cancelled and could never get her on the phone after several calls and being on hold for extended periods of time. After that point, I had no interest in seeing if third times the charm. I shouldn't have to go through that many agents to have a good experience.
