My experience with Miss Debbie was great I don’t care about what people are saying about her. I didn’t judge her with what people are saying about her. I only judge her about how she helped me then she continues Helping me she’s kind, helpful excellent respectful. I really appreciate all the help that she provided to me then I hope one day to provide her a help too. If I can, she deserved her position or more than that, I hope if she’s not To be the owner to be the owner of this company, all all the house So that she’s gonna keep helping a lot of people like me thank you so much.

I've been renting from IMS for a year now. Mrs. Debbie is really awesome! She has gone above and beyond for me so I know she does the same for the rest of their tenants. No matter what the issue is: rent, maintenance, etc; she's always on-time. I appreciate her more than words. IMS also go the extra mile for their owners as well. May be one day, I'll be an owner and will def call IMS and ask for Debbie Cody! You won't be disappointed

I’ll let the previous review stay and I’ll add pictures of how they left my back door on a Friday for me to go all weekend without being able to secure it, and you will understand why it went from a 5 to a 1……. I have never been so upset with a realty company in my entire life!!………. I’ll be honest and say I was super skeptical when the rental I had been living in for years changed management companies to Integrity. I loved the previous company I was with, so I was really worried about the transition and what that would mean for me as the tenant. I won’t lie and say there weren’t a few hiccups since the change over, at really no fault of Integrity’s mostly contractual issues they weren’t aware of, however Debbie has gone above and beyond anytime I’ve had any concerns or issues. She really has been amazing!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the charm of cherry grove. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The beach is close so you can walk to it. It’s a corner lot so it’s like you have a little more yard than some of the other homes around it. The back has a fenced in part so your fur babies can go out without worry of getting close to the road. This company will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Thank you to Ellen for assisting us with everything.
