Randy Griffith***** OTR DRIVER'S BEWARE ***** If you are a full-size truck and trailer, DO NOT ACCEPT A LOAD TO THIS PLACE. It's designed for box trucks and day cabs with pup trailers. As far as the owner saying it's a city of Denver's responsibility no it's your responsibility to book the correct loads to your facility you know tractor trailers can't fit in here or maneuver in here but yet you continue to utilize them that's on you not the city of Denver.

You could spend here almost to 10 hours to get unloaded. Today for example I have checked in at 5:45 and they said to be waiting for a call and after a long time of waiting they said that my paperwork are lost.
Allison RauschI was told by two ladies in the office my cabinets would for sure be delivered by 1:30 pm as I had an appointment. One lady even called the day prior to check when my appointment was so they got me on the schedule correctly. I waited and finally called the office at 1:30 pm asking where my delivery was. They said they would check with the driver. To my dismay I missed my appointment as my delivery is 1 1/2 hours late. The office ladies don’t seem to care or take responsibility for their promise of a before 1:30 pm delivery. I have read the reviews and it appears I am not the only person that wasn’t happy with them. Not reliable.
The Iron KaiThis place is not meant for full-sized trucks and trailers. It is unnecessarily tight and good luck trying to get you your next appointment if someone backs into the dock next to you, you WILL be stuck there until they leave. Also the guy at the desk when you walk in refused to speak English or be of any help whatsoever.
