Inch and co is terrible I had to move out of an apartment i only lived in for 3 months because of a horrendous roach and mice infestation, this place does not fix anything and leaves their tenants, including newborn infants, to fend off roach and mice infestations by themselves i have been going back and forth with them for months about this issue and Noone seems to care and it's really unfortunate because.The reason for the roach and mice infestation is because of a lack of maintenance there's nothing that tenants can do to fix this or an exterminator because the problem is the slumlord who owns this property who just doesn't give a damn about the place Window frame's are falling out stairs cases are taped together the ceilings are crumpling there are egregious signs of wear and tear everywhere he's fine with it there are a 1000 points of entry for bugs to get into the place all of the apartments are poorly maintained and run down All of which also have the landlord special paint on every doorknob, every light switch every power outlet half ass spot paint work has been done everywhere all of the wood work is beat up if you rent an apartment at 595 madison Avenue york pa 17404 expect to have a roach and mice problem that will never go away 100% of the apartments are infested and have been for a very long time dont believe me? Walk down the street and look for yourself look at the place from the sidewalk dont even waste your time applying just go see for yourself

I am extremely satisfied with my new property management group. I was under HBG property management for 6 years. I took an apartment as is at that moment because it was during the pandemic and they weren't sending anyone out. After 5 1/2 years of calling and requesting maintenance only one thing was done. I also had to pay 2 security deposits and rent to move in. Recently Inch and Co took over and they addressed all my concerns, fixed, repaired and did a great job! I want to especially recognize Jim who came in seen my vision because I was repairing and trying to remodel myself and he helped make it all a reality. All within months! My apartment is now immaculate! My one security deposit was applied to my rent, what a blessing at that time, and I am extremely proud to live here. Heather, also is another one I like to recognize. After reviewing the new lease terms, she addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly and was very understanding. I am extremely satisfied with the new management and I look forward to us building a great rapport.

My wife and I had a great experience while renting at the Flats of Hampden. The apartment was spacious and met our needs. The building amenities were top notch. Most importantly were the interaction we had regularly with the Property Manages, Ms. Yelena. We found her to be very personable and willing to listen and offer assistance when needed.
