We had Iron Fort come in to install an interior weeping tile system, seal some foundation cracks, and put in a new sump pump — and we are immensely satisfied with their work. They were super professional from start to finish, always keeping us in the loop and taking the time to listen to our concerns. Iron Fort was our saviour in the middle of the night while our basement was flooding. Another emergency crew sent by our insurance company earlier in the evening dropped the ball in a big way and we were left to search for another company by ourselves as water kept coming in. Iron Fort responded right away and took care of our immediate concerns with great professionalism and excellent communication. We continue to work with them as we proceed toward restoration. We appreciate that they are great advocates for us in dealing with our insurance company.

January 6 2025 - 2 am and water is entering our building from a water main break - Iron Fort was the restoration company that answered our call at that hour - they arrived promptly and with the necessary equipment to limit the flooding to the lower level of our building which contains 8 apartments. They were totally equipped with an extra sump pump and hoses to limit the water from further entering our building. Once controlled crews arrived to target the areas of the walls and flooring that had sustained damage along with the fans and dehumidifiers necessary to dry out the area that were damaged. The restoration part was completed in a timely fashion by Iron Fort and we are just awaiting the flooring to be replaced. In addition to the repair of the flooded area. They did additional work for us which included the installation of a secondary sump pump, the replacement of dryer vents to the exterior of our building, the replacement of two hot water tanks in the laundry room and the painting of the hallway and laundry room on the lower level. Staff of Iron Fort were on time, polite and very professional throughout this whole ordeal. We would recommend them highly in the event that restoration work is needed.
