We had Iron Fort come in to install an interior weeping tile system, seal some foundation cracks, and put in a new sump pump — and we are immensely satisfied with their work. They were super professional from start to finish, always keeping us in the loop and taking the time to listen to our concerns. This was an issue that we have been dealing with for years, so their patience and willingness to do the job right meant a lot to us. Everything was done efficiently, and they were always quick to respond whenever we had questions. Iron Fort was our saviour in the middle of the night while our basement was flooding. Another emergency crew sent by our insurance company earlier in the evening dropped the ball in a big way and we were left to search for another company by ourselves as water kept coming in. Iron Fort responded right away and took care of our immediate concerns with great professionalism and excellent communication. We continue to work with them as we proceed toward restoration.
